Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Instructor to join our faculty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality marketing courses that not only engage but also inspire students to excel in their studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of the marketing curriculum.
• Conduct outreach to marketing practitioners to invite their insights and case studies into your courses.
• Organize industry visits and guest lectures for students to gain first-hand knowledge.
• Ensure that teaching methodologies are effective in engaging the students.
• Participate in faculty meetings to propose improvements in the department.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Provide students with the tools to critically evaluate marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Collaborate on interdisciplinary projects with other departments to enrich students' learning.
• Leverage social media for academic projects to meet the current marketing landscape.
• Encourage a culture of creativity and innovation in marketing practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Higher education teaching qualifications will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the marketing sector with an emphasis on education.
