UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team in Durban. You will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, along with excellent visual design skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intuitive user flows.
• Prototype and test designs with real users to validate concepts.
• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to drive design improvements.
• Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design solutions.
• Create presentations to share design concepts and rationale with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Relevant UX/UI design certifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design specifically for web and mobile applications
