Responsibilities

• Diagnose network connectivity issues and assist in resolving them.

• Monitor and respond to IT support requests promptly, escalating them when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff on IT systems and applications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Desktop Tools

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud technologies: Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure or AWS.
