Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent in the industry. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and university partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment effort for various positions across the organization.
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and assist in drafting job specifications.
• Screen CVs and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
• Create engaging job postings and promote them across all recruitment platforms.
• Monitor and improve candidate experience during the recruitment process.
• Provide insights and market intelligence related to talent acquisition.
• Facilitate onboarding of new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
