Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent in the industry. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and university partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance employer branding.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report on outcomes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment

Certifications

• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
