Job Description

As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will play a crucial role in negotiating with trade unions and supporting management in resolving employee issues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of employee relations strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to facilitate communication.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and company regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of employee relations practices.
  • Provide coaching to managers on handling employee issues.
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with trade union representatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze results for trends in employee satisfaction.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and recommend improvements.
  • Oversee the implementation of employee recognition programs.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
