Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment used in housekeeping is maintained in good condition.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage daily workloads.
• Handle guest feedback to improve services.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Additional hospitality qualifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory housekeeping position

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
