Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Parking Attendants to manage daily parking operations. The role involves collecting payments from customers, issuing tickets, and ensuring compliance with parking regulations. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their parking needs.
• Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems effectively.
• Keep accurate records of daily cash flow and parking revenue.
• Educate customers about parking policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service.
• Identify and address any areas needing improvement within the parking operations.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain an awareness of parking regulations and local laws.
• Help develop strategies to improve efficiency in parking operations.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification

Experience

• Prior experience in parking management or related customer service roles considered a plus
