Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist in Durban to enhance our team's client service capabilities. In this position, you will resolve technical issues, provide great customer support, and ensure that our systems are operating effectively. Your technical expertise will be vital in creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
  • Help maintain the help desk software and documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base with newly discovered solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk

  • Linux OS

  • ITIL Foundation
