• Maintain accuracy in stock records and documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of inventory clerks.
• Implement and manage inventory management systems.
• Work with different departments to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory control.
• Manage inventory-related projects and initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure performance targets are met for team and inventory operations.
• Provide insights and updates to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Certifications in Inventory Management are advantageous
• Inventory Management Software Proficient in using software tools like SAP and Oracle.
• Microsoft Excel Expert-level skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Leadership Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams.
• Analytical Skills Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• English (Fluent)

• Excellent experience with inventory forecasting: Ability to accurately forecast inventory needs and adjust accordingly.
• Knowledge of supply chain dynamics: In-depth understanding of the factors influencing supply chain performance.
