Job Description

As a Parts Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and expertise in the automotive parts sector. Your role involves assisting clients in purchasing quality parts and accessories while ensuring their needs are met effectively.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to identify their automotive parts requirements.
• Offer guidance, advice, and solutions to enhance customer experiences.
• Ensure stock levels are monitored, controlled, and replenished as needed.
• Collaborate with suppliers for timely orders and delivery of parts.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory and customer orders.
• Deliver exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Participate in continuous training to stay informed about industry developments.
• Assist the team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals.
• Contribute to a customer-friendly environment in the parts department.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Automotive Engineering or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive parts sales

Technical Skills

• Customer service software proficiency
• Effective problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
