Job Description

As the HR Manager at Top HR Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations. Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate recruitment efforts and onboarding for new hires.
  • Review and update company policies to ensure alignment with legislation.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and performance management processes.
  • Conduct workforce planning and forecasting for staffing needs.
  • Implement employee reward and recognition programs.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees.
  • Manage health and safety programs to comply with regulations.
  • Foster relationships with external partners related to HR functions.
  • Evaluate and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Promote employee wellness programs and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR
Experience
  • 6+ years of HR experience with 2 years in a leadership role
