Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Caustics Loader to join our team. The Caustics Loader will be responsible for handling and managing caustic materials during production, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Handle and load caustic chemicals into production equipment safely.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines are followed during caustic handling.
• Maintain a clean working environment and adhere to quality control standards.
• Monitor equipment during the loading process and provide troubleshooting as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process optimizations.
• Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining safety standards.
• Document all relevant handling procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in safety training programs and stay updated on best practices in the industry.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational or technical certification

Experience

• 3+ years in a chemical manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Material handling equipment operation
• Inventory management systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Flexibility and adaptability

Certifications

• Certification in Hazardous Materials Handling
• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
