We are seeking a skilled Aesthetician to join our elite team at Cosmetic Elegance Spa in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in various skincare treatments including facials, peels, and microdermabrasion. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence, while providing them with a warm and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer a range of aesthetic treatments tailored to individual clients.
• Monitor client reactions and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
• Manage appointment bookings and client schedules.
• Promote spa services and products to increase sales.
• Work together with other staff to foster a cohesive team environment.
• Contribute to maintaining a high-quality client experience.
• Assist with training junior staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy or related field
• Bachelor's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience
