Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business initiatives for their risk exposure and financial viability.
• Analyze historical data to inform future projections.
• Provide insights on claims experience and trends in the insurance market.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance data collection processes.
• Engage with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
• Support financial reporting and audit processes as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
• Master's degree in a related field is preferable

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in the actuarial field

Technical Skills

• Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Predictive Modeling

Certifications

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
• Certified Actuarial Analyst (CAA) is a plus
