Responsibilities

• Create detailed event plans and timelines to guide execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and venue managers.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for event attendees as required.
• Assist in the creation of event materials such as brochures and signage.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends to inspire innovative event ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Master's degree in Event Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in coordinating large-scale events
