We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR department in Pretoria. This role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring that company policies and procedures are upheld.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent.
Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires smoothly into the company culture.
Keep employee records updated and ensure compliance with data protection laws.
Provide support in the development of company policies and protocols.
Plan and execute employee retention strategies.
Advise employees on HR-related matters and benefits.
Collaborate with management to create a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Postgraduate degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
