We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Advisor to join our team in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and assisting clients with payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
Supervise payroll processing, including additions, deductions, and bonus calculations.
Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to junior payroll staff.
Review payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
Address discrepancies and resolve payroll issues promptly.
Work with finance teams for budgeting and forecasting salary expenses.
Assist with year-end payroll tasks and tax documentation.
Conduct payroll audits to identify errors and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is an advantage

5+ years of experience in payroll management
