Job Description

As a Shelf Stocker at Retail Solutions Group, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our shelves stocked and organized. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer service will ensure that our customers find what they need effortlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Restock shelves as needed and ensure products are well-organized.
  • Help customers locate products and answer questions regarding merchandise.
  • Keep aisles clear and safe for shoppers.
  • Maintain the appearance of displays, ensuring they are attractive and stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, including counting stock and reporting discrepancies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss stock levels and product promotions.
  • Provide support during busy periods to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
Experience
  • Prior experience in retail is preferred but not essential.
