Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with external legal advisers for guidance on complex labor matters.
  • Advise management on best practices for employee relations.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and mediation efforts.
  • Monitor changes in labor regulations and update policies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for employees on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in labor negotiations.
  • Document and track labor relations metrics for performance improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and practices in labor relations.
  • Engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusivity.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Labor Law Knowledge In-depth understanding of labor legislation and regulations.
  • Conflict Resolution Skilled in mediating disputes and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills Proficient in negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Excellent Communication Ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical Thinking Strong skills in analyzing complex situations and data.
  • Team Collaboration Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Certification in Labor Relations Management
  • English (Fluent)
  • Afrikaans (Conversational)
