Job Description

As a Labor Relations Specialist, you will be pivotal in managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your role will involve negotiating collective bargaining agreements, resolving disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with external legal advisers for guidance on complex labor matters.
  • Advise management on best practices for employee relations.
  • Assist with conflict resolution and mediation efforts.
  • Monitor changes in labor regulations and update policies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for employees on their rights and responsibilities.
  • Support HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Participate actively in labor negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resources
  • Additional HR or Labor Relations certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience with a focus on labor relations
