Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our corporate finance activities, including valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and financial reporting. This role is suited for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about finance.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present financial reports detailing financial status.
  • Engage in financial modeling for various business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate projects and proposals.
  • Assist in preparing regulatory filings and compliance documents.
  • Monitor and optimize costs across operations.
  • Analyze financial data to identify key trends.
  • Support the preparation and submission of grant applications.
  • Work closely with management to develop KPIs for performance analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
  • CFA or equivalent certification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the finance sector
