Job Description

ABC Construction is on the lookout for a skilled Wheel Loader Operator to become a vital part of our construction team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience operating wheel loaders and handling heavy machinery efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Skillfully control the wheel loader for loading tasks.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and repairs.
• Ensure safe transport and handling of materials.
• Keep report logs for machine performance and incidents.
• Assist in training new operators as required.
• Implement safety protocols to prevent incidents.
• Communicate with site management regarding progress.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in construction machinery operation preferred

Experience

• At least 4 years of experience operating wheel loaders or similar machinery

Technical Skills

• Safety Compliance

Certifications

• Certification in Heavy Machinery Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of mining operations: Experience in underground mining would be beneficial.
