Job Description

As an Architect at Creative Spaces, you will lead the design and execution of various residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with clients to interpret their visions and translate them into functional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities

• Present designs to clients and gather feedback for improvements.
• Advise on material selection based on environmental impact and budgeting.
• Maintain project documentation and records.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology

Experience

• 3+ years of related architectural experience

• Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications

• Building Inspectors Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Certification: Certification in project management methodologies.
