Job Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about enhancing employee engagement and managing various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance, and will thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and manage the selection process for new hires.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for all HR matters within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Plan and execute various HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is beneficial

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR roles
