Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Human Resources Manager who will take the lead in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and exceptional communication skills to effectively manage employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Create a positive company culture through team-building activities.
  • Evaluate and enhance employee onboarding and exit processes.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  • Develop succession planning for key roles within the organization.
  • Lead efforts in employee engagement surveys and focus groups.
  • Monitor and improve employee health and safety practices.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and innovations.
  • Implement employee wellness programs.
  • Report HR metrics to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a managerial HR role
