Job Description

As a Travel Agent in our Port Elizabeth office, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include organizing travel itineraries, advising on travel regulations, and providing support throughout the travel process. Responsibilities

  • Create personalized travel packages based on clients’ preferences and budgets.
  • Advise clients on travel insurance and document requirements.
  • Coordinate activities and experiences for clients at travel destinations.
  • Assist with visa applications and other travel-related paperwork.
  • Provide post-travel support and gather feedback from clients.
  • Attend travel expos and trainings for professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in a travel agency or similar role
Technical Skills
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Packing and Logistics Coordination
Soft Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Time Management
Certifications
  • Travel Agent Certification from a recognized institution
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Xhosa: Basic
