Job Description

We are looking for a motivated First-Line Supervisor to lead our team of office and administrative support workers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and excellent interpersonal skills, essential for fostering productivity and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise office support staff, ensuring they meet company standards and performance metrics.
  • Generate and maintain reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new office staff and conduct interviews.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff enhancement and skill upgrades.
  • Lead conflict resolution and mediation efforts within the team.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for team growth.
  • Engage with other departments to facilitate smoother workflows.
  • Ensure a safe working environment adheres to health and safety regulations.
  • Support management in strategic initiatives and process improvement projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field

  • 3+ years in a supervisory role within an administrative context
