Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Learning and Development Officer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about developing training programs that enhance employees' skills and contribute to overall company success. You'll work closely with various departments to assess training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to measure training needs.
  • Design tailored training programs that meet organizational goals.
  • Facilitate learning sessions that engage and motivate employees.
  • Utilize various training methods, including e-learning and workshops.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to assess the effectiveness of training.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in L&D.
  • Develop partnerships with external training providers as needed.
  • Encourage a positive learning environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Relevant certifications in training and development preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in corporate training
