Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. This role involves designing and implementing learning strategies and programs to support the growth and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and be able to assess training needs across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, including e-learning modules.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops.
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and employee development.
• Advise management on training and development strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Education or Human Resources
• Certification in Adult Learning Principles is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a corporate training environment
