This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Design and facilitate workshops and training programs on various HR topics.
• Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulations affecting HR practices.
• Create and maintain a succession planning process for key positions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
• Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA is an advantage

• 5+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
