Job Description

We are looking for a driven and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Pretoria branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the retail staff, providing guidance on best practices.
  • Create an engaging store experience that encourages repeat customer visits.
  • Evaluate merchandise performance and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless operational flow.
  • Utilize customer feedback to drive service enhancements.
  • Plan and execute store layouts and merchandising strategies.
  • Manage loss prevention strategies to reduce shrinkage.
  • Engage with the local community to build relationships and brand affinity.
  • Conduct market research to inform sales strategies.
  • Lead by example, maintaining high standards of professionalism and service.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management or Business preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in retail management or a related field
