Job Description

Our Johannesburg team is on the lookout for a skilled HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and driving our talent management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute talent management programs to identify and nurture high-potential employees.
  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive work culture.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Ensure effective communication of HR policies to all employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.
  • Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on HR budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years in human resources, with experience at a managerial level
