Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and engaging top talent for our clients. You will utilize your expertise in recruitment strategies and networking to build strong relationships with candidates and clients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate criteria and role requirements.
  • Provide market insights to clients regarding candidate availability and salary benchmarks.
  • Enhance the candidate experience by maintaining a high level of communication.
  • Create and maintain recruitment marketing materials.
  • Develop a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Identify challenges in recruitment and propose solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is preferred
  • Additional qualifications in HR or recruitment are beneficial
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR
