We are searching for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including developing selection criteria.
Maintain an organized HR database and employee files.
Encourage employee participation in training and development opportunities.
Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
Assist with the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
Support integration of new employees into the company culture.
Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
