Job Description

We are searching for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing employee relations, recruitment, and performance management, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including developing selection criteria.
  • Maintain an organized HR database and employee files.
  • Encourage employee participation in training and development opportunities.
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries from staff.
  • Assist with the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support integration of new employees into the company culture.
  • Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
