We are currently seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our enthusiastic team in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, analyzing, and overseeing various infrastructure projects. You will work collaboratively with architects and construction professionals to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Research and apply best practices in structural design methodologies.
• Lead the development of innovative engineering solutions to complex problems.
• Evaluate and select appropriate materials for project specifications.
• Coordinate with environmental engineers to ensure sustainability practices.
• Prepare proposals and bids for prospective projects.
• Attend professional development workshops to stay updated on industry trends.
• Contribute to safety assessments and risk evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional registration as a Structural Engineer is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering projects

Languages

• English: Fluent
