Job Description

As a Cuff Matcher, you will play a vital role in the assembly of cuffs and sleeves, ensuring that every garment meets our high-quality standards. This position requires precision and a keen eye for detail, as you work closely with the production team to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut cuffs according to design specifications.
• Attach cuffs to sleeves ensuring alignment and fit.
• Adhere to the company's quality standards and production schedules.
• Assist with inventory management of cuff materials.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Production.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in garment production is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Sewing techniques knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with quality control: Ability to identify defects in garments before the final assembly.
• Certification in sewing or garment production: Accredited training in sewing or garment assembly.
