Job Description

As a Legal Policy Developer, you will play a key role in shaping legal frameworks and policies that align with our clients' needs. You will analyse existing policies and propose changes to improve compliance and governance. Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of regulatory environments and the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks for effective legal policy implementation.
• Conduct regular reviews of existing policies to ensure relevance.
• Facilitate workshops for staff on compliance and legal obligations.
• Analyse the impact of legal changes on current policies and make recommendations.
• Contribute to external communications regarding legal matters.

Requirements

Education

• LLB in Law or related field
• Master's in Law preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in legal policy or compliance roles

Certifications

• Certified Compliance Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
