Job Description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive work culture and will handle various critical HR functions including talent management, compliance, and employee relations in Bloemfontein.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the HR agenda in alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage staffing needs and work closely with department heads.
  • Enhance employee engagement through effective communication.
  • Handle disciplinary processes and manage grievances.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Manage payroll and compensation analysis.
  • Develop and conduct HR workshops and training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree or HR certification is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in HR with a managerial role
