Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee performance. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will assess training needs, develop instructional materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and training sessions focusing on leadership development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and employee progress.
• Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
• Support the HR team in creating an organizational culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Organizational Development or related field
• Higher degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate training or talent development

Certifications

• Certified Learning Environment Professional (CLEP)
