Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their tables with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and ambiance of the dining areas.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience.
• Handle guest payments and ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Assist in training new staff as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop an extensive knowledge of the menu and wine pairings.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant hospitality qualification preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining or luxury hotel settings is preferred.
