In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Your expertise in project management methodologies will be crucial in facilitating collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings, ensuring agendas are set and minutes are recorded and distributed.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into project plans.
• Utilize project management tools to track and report on project progress.
• Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
• Assist in budget management and financial tracking of projects.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices in project management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Project Management or IT-related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related role

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Languages
