Job Description

As a Physiotherapist at Health First Therapy, you will provide assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to patients. Your role will significantly contribute to improving the health and wellbeing of our patients, making your work both fulfilling and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments for new patients.
• Create and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Use a variety of treatment techniques including therapeutic exercises and hands-on therapy.
• Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.
• Liaise with healthcare teams to provide holistic care solutions.
• Develop and implement community wellness workshops.
• Participate in staff training and development sessions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Physiotherapy or relevant specialization

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Sports Rehabilitation
• Neurological Rehabilitation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Time Management

Certifications

• Specialized in Orthopedic Physiotherapy
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR): Experience in using EMR systems for patient documentation.
• Ability to work with diverse populations: Experience in providing care to various demographic groups.
