As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our construction team. The responsibilities include operating and maintaining heavy machinery, ensuring the highest safety standards, and collaborating with other team members to execute projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with project blueprints and specifications.
• Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment regularly and keep it clean.
• Coordinate with site management for task assignments.
• Assist in the training of less experienced operators.
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade certification in construction or machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in operating heavy equipment
