Technical Writer

Job Description

As a Technical Writer, you will be pivotal in delivering documentation that is informative and accessible. You'll work with various teams to gather information and produce documents that enhance user experience and support effective software adoption.

Responsibilities

• Research, outline, and write technical documentation in line with user needs.
• Create graphics and illustrations to accompany documentation when necessary.
• Work on continuous improvement of documentation tools and practices.
• Train team members on documentation protocols and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation requirements.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for documentation quality.
• Manage documentation archive and ensure its accessibility.
• Engage with the user community to solicit feedback on documentation functionality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or related discipline
• Relevant post-graduate qualifications are a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in software documentation
