• Implement quality control measures to enhance product reliability.
• Create and manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in mechanical design roles

Technical Skills

• CATIA
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with AutoCAD: Experience in using AutoCAD for engineering drawings.
• Experience in renewable energy projects: Hands-on experience with renewable energy technologies.
