Responsibilities

• Oversee the logistics of events including catering, entertainment, and transportation.
• Evaluate potential venues for suitability based on client preferences.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication.
• Work with the marketing team to promote events and engage potential attendees.
• Monitor event progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance event experiences.
• Prepare invoices and collect payments from clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
