Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, bolster our brand presence, and engage our audience. In this role, you'll develop innovative content, analyze performance metrics, and manage cross-platform campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research on pertinent issues.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance.
• Draft and negotiate terms of agreements with clients.
• Advise on risk management strategies and practices.
• Collaborate closely with senior management on legal matters.
• Assist in managing litigation and pre-litigation activities.
• Provide succinct and clear legal opinions as required.
• Track and report on legal developments impacting the business.

Requirements

Education

• LLM Degree is a plus
• BA, LLB, or similar qualification

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in legal advisory or corporate law
