Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will excel in administrative functions and possess exceptional interpersonal skills, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support executives in managing their priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Organize and coordinate travel itineraries and accommodations.
  • Prepare documents and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments.
  • Maintain confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures for administrative operations.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage office logistics and support event planning initiatives.
  • Evaluate and recommend software and tools for office efficiency.
  • Perform various clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3-7 years of experience in executive support roles
