Job Description

We are in need of an experienced Industrial Manager to oversee and enhance factory operations in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will manage production schedules, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, whilst driving initiatives to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise factory staff and oversee training initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining high quality.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks.
• Prepare reports on production performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Support waste reduction initiatives and sustainability efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• MBA preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a managerial role within manufacturing

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
