Job Description

As a Test Deck Supervisor, you will oversee the development and execution of test plans while coordinating with teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing the testing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Test Deck Technicians to ensure quality assurance.
  • Develop detailed testing procedures that enhance team productivity.
  • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of all testing equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations.
  • Participate in the development of new testing standards and methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations for team members.
  • Generate reports for management outlining test results and improvement areas.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related field
  • Certification in quality assurance is a plus
Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing and leadership roles.
