Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Process Supervisor to join our Durban facility. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in line with set standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Ensure all production staff comply with standard operating procedures.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
• Work with the quality control team to establish quality assurance protocols.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Facilitate training programs for continuous team development.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in supervisory roles in manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• Automation Technologies

• Team Building

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Lean Six Sigma: Experience in applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
• Proficiency in CAD Software: Ability to use CAD software for process planning and optimization.
